World Ranger Day 2024 Activities. World ranger day is a call to action for individuals, communities, and governments to unite and support conservation activities that will maintain a sustainable and thriving earth for future generations. The theme for world ranger day 2024 is ‘30 by 30’, inspired by and landmark agreement from the 2022 united nations biodiversity conference (cop15).

World ranger day, celebrated annually on july 31, is aimed at honouring the dedication and bravery of park rangers worldwide who protect the natural heritage. This year we’ve asked rangers working for our partner organisations to share a piece of their everyday lives with us, by providing video.
